Demjanjuk

It must be that the case against Mr. Demjanjuk is "air-tight," as they say. My brief "research" on the internet (I queried one search engine) revealed only one article speaking in his defense. Other than this no one assumes innocence except his son. I find it curious that he is already guilty in the court of public opinion regardless of what the court in Germany may determine. I'm really wondering, "What next?" should the German court find that he is outright innocent or if there is not enough evidence to render a verdict.
